I created a program guide for all the events happening at Camp Arnaz from October 2024 to May 2025. Camp Arnaz is a Girl Scout camp in Ventura, California, and they run a variety of events year-round including horseback riding, archery, axe throwing, slingshots, coding, construction, astronomy, and more. This program guide is designed to be given to Girl Scout troop leaders so they can see which programs and events are happening throughout the year.

This document is based on a program guide that was created by Girl Scouts of Central California South, but I significantly altered their document to create this guide. Camp Arnaz operates differently than the council who created the original program guide, so I tailored the formatting and categories to suit Camp Arnaz’s needs. I inputted all of the events listed, and I cross referenced with the calendar and website to ensure that I included the proper date and age range for each activity. In this project, I carefully considered how to transform the original guide into a new document that is both visually appealing and easily navigable.
